We operate a state-of-the-art lubricating oil blending plant that produces a wide range of blended automotive and industrial lubricants. Our blending plant is equipped with advanced automation and strict quality control systems to ensure we produce lubricants that meet and exceed industry specifications and customer requirements.
The plant has storage tanks for holding different base oils and additives, which are the primary raw materials for lubricant blending. The base oils include high-quality mineral oils and synthetic oils of different viscosity grades. We use specialized additives such as viscosity index improvers, anti-oxidants, anti-wear agents, and dispersants to impart specific properties to the base oils.
The base oils and additives are blended in precise ratios in our computer-controlled mixing vessels. High shear mixers provide effective homogenization of all components. The blended oils then go through a multi-stage filtration process to remove any impurities. Our on-site quality control lab tests all critical properties of the blended oils before they are transferred to storage tanks or filled into drums and smaller packs.
We have a state-of-the-art automated filling line for filling drums, pails and other containers at high speeds while also capping them. The filled containers are ready to be distributed to our customers. Our lubricant blending plant has all required utilities and safety systems to enable safe, continuous operation.

Storage Tank
For storing base oils and additives. The base oils are typically different grades of mineral oils or synthetic oils. The additives are used to enhance the properties of the base oils, such as Viscocity index improvers, anti-oxidants, anti-wear agents, dispersants, etc.
Mixng Vessels
Where the base oils and additives are mixed together in precise proportions to make the finished lubricating oil of desired grade and properties. These are usually equipped with high shear mixers.
Control Systems
Including meters, valves, flow controllers, etc. to control the flow of base oils and additives into the vessels mixing in the right proportions.
Storage Tanks For final Product
The blended lube oil is stored in separate tanks before filling into drums or other small packs for distribution.
Filtration Units
Filters are used at different stages to remove any solid or liquid contaminants. Bag filters, cartridge filters and centrifuges are commonly used in lube oil blending plants.
Quality Control Laboratotory
Where samples are tested to ensure that the blended oils meet the required specifications for properties like viscosity, viscosity index, flash point, oxidation stability, etc. before release for marketing.
Filling Machines
Automated filling machines are used to fill the blended lube oil into drums, pails, bottles, etc. They can fill at high speeds and also cap the containers.
